Remember when that underage model walked the DVF show, well that girl is 16 year old Hailey Clauson, and yes she is in the headlines again. This time she is suing Urban Outfitters and several other places for selling this shirt:
Hailey and her parents say the image of her is almost child porn, the photographer responsible for these shots is Jason Lee Parry. Parry say's that Hailey posed this way and he just took the pic, he also say's that her father was on set and looked at the pics and didn't complain about anything.
Personally I find nothing wrong with this photo. I think her parents are trying to get money. Or maybe they actually feel like their daughter was taken advantage of. But this is a very tame photo compared to other stuff in the fashion industry. Yes she is 16 years old but she is also a professional model, who posed herself. Allegedly she even excitedly posted the photo on her personal blog.

Born This Way
As I said before I have met some interesting people and Jesus is one of them. I met him when I was in high school and instantly fell in love with his sweetness and openess about being gay. He makes me want to scream out "idgaf about your opinion!" He's great and very stylish. I hope you enjoy this interview and fall in love with him the way I did!
1. How would you describe your personal style?
2.Favorite designer, why?
2 . Surprisingly , I dont have a favorite designer . I let life inspire me . Yes , I could love a couple pieces from that person , or this person , but at the end of the day , the world itself is the biggest runway . Statement pieces are my favorite , and the person I know to do them best is Season 4 Project Runway's winner , Christan Serreano ( spell check ) , if that answers your question .
3. What trend do you regret ever wearing, why?
3 . What trend do I regret wearing ? Hmmmmmm , good question . . . Oh , i got it ! Skinny jeans ; worst decision of my entire life ! Unflattering , uncomfortable & over-rated . And what kills it is that my " buldge " would show , so I would have to wear a shirt to cover it . And imagine when the wind came ; Do you see my dilemna ?
4. What trend do you look forward to this fall, why?
4 . This fall , I look foward to more earthy tones , and more of a relxed sheek look . Fall calls for more layers , but in fashion , that means the world ! You can add a cami to this , or a scarf to that . Even better , leggings galore ! ( Make sure its done the right way , though ; If not , trashy lexxi , anyone ? )
5. Which designer would you love to meet, why?
5 . If I had to meet a designer , it would be Christan Serreano ( spellcheck , once again ) . I would want to know how life after Project Runway changed his life . How he views the world , and applys that to his designs . He has a sense between costume , and fashion , and I absolutely love it .
6. View on gay marriage?
6 . Gay marriage should be legal in all 50 states ; point blank ! Love is love . Whether its between a man and a woman , or a man and man , or a woman and a woman . The right to be legally together as one , should not become a priveledge ( spellcheck ) just due to the fact that were gay . Everyone should be able to marry . The only thing that stopa us is ignorance . Ignorance of not knowing or understanding , or even caring about what we have to go through just to be ourselves . People are people . We are all the same .
7. When did you realize you were gay?
7 . I've always known I liked boys . But , in middle school was when I made my transition from being bisexual to being fully gay . I'd realized that i'd confused girls being pretty , to liking them . And since I made that conclusion , the rest has just been , history .
8. How does your family and friends feel about you being gay?
8 . All of my friends are very supportive of me , and the lifestyle I hold . Everything I do , I know I can always count of them and I know they just want the best for me . Since Day 1 , i've always could've counted on them . My family on the otherhand , started off rough . They didnt like the idea of me being gay for various reasons , but they have all come to a point where they just want me to be happy , and thats enough for them . My mom had the hardest time with it , but she has come to a point where she " deals " with it . She doesnt approve of it , but she can see that I am not going to change , and she just deals , like I said .
9.Any advice for young gay people?
9 . Never give up ! Life has many obstacles in it , and there is 2 times amount that when your gay . People always look for a reason to bring you down , or make you feel less of a person . And your not . You are normal . You are beautiful . Do not let others tell you otherwise . Make it somewhere in the world ; not for me , not for your friends , for you . Show the world that being gay is not a factor , or a problem . It is who you are . Point blank .

10 . The most thing I would want Fashion Wheel readers to take from this is , being gay is not a choice . It is not something we wake up in the morning , and want to be . We did not choose to be called names , or have people stare at us . And we wanted to be is loved . As a friend , as a person , as a human . We did not make our sexual orientation our label ; the world did .

MEET ISAIAH
You guys may not know this but the high school I attended was an art school, by going to an art school I came across some very interesting people. One person I can think of that I can honestly say made an impact on my life Is Isaiah. Isaiah is a drama major at Cleveland School of the Arts and an amazing artist. The reason why I say this guy has made an impact on my life is that even though he is still in high school he has such an understanding of what it is to really be yourself. It's impossible for anyone to know who they are at such a young age but this young man has come close to it. He is the reason why I do what I do, when I see people that want to succeed and use their talents to their advantage I want to help them do whatever it takes to get them where they want to go. So I had the opportunity to interview this great guy, I hope you enjoy my loves!

1. Can you describe your style in three words?I would say Aesthetic, Opinionated & Defiant.
2. What music artist has the best style in your opinion,why?
Fashion wise, Kanye West. The way he wears his clothes really matches his personality. And that's what I feel fashion should be a reflection of.
3. Who is your favorite fashion designer, why?
Honestly, I'm not really the biggest fashion expert, so I don't have a particular favorite fashion designer, but I do wear a lot of Calvin Klein & Unif Clothing.
4. What are your thoughts on Kanye West having a clothing collection, do you think it will be a success?
I think it's dope that he's trying this, seeing as he is very fashionable as it is, I'm curious to see where he goes with it. Whether it will be a success or not? I can't say, we'll have to see.
5. What trend do you regret falling victim to?
Skinny Jeans, though I still wear those. Back when I first fell into it, I just wore what I thought would make me look "Cool", which in fact was lame, now I just personalize it & make it mine, so it's kinda better now opposed to how it was.
6. Later in your career would you like to have your own clothing line and who would you market it to?
Ahhh, of course I would love to do that, but I doubt I will. I feel it's not my department, but if I did (which you never know, I might just end up doing that one day, who knows?) I would likely market it too rebellious male teens and young adults who like their clothes to reflect their personality when it comes to things like politics, religion, society in general, etc..
7. What quote do you go by in life?
Things could always be worst.
8. Who is your fashion and music role model?
Fashion role model? Kanye. Haha, Music? I have a bunch, but as of now, the people I'm looking up to mainly would be artists such as KiD CuDi or J. Cole.
9. Which supermodel would you date, Chanel Iman, Lindsey Wixson, Karlie Kloss?
Haha, if any of them were to ever find interest in me in this life time, it would be Karlie Kloss.
10.What would you like the readers of The Fashion Wheel to know about your music and style?
Well, I'm Isaiah Vanadia of Multi Egos. Multi Egos consists of Me and my best friend Kalim Hill. We are two dreamers/revolutionaries with a plan to change the world through art. If we can't do that, let us at least be the sparks to the mind that will. Recent releases of ours, "A Year In A Day" which was released June 7th, 2011, and also my first solo album "Zodiac" was just released on July 28th. And that is really all I have to say as of now. Dream On.

Taking some fashion inspiration from PLL's Spencer

There's nothing better to me than checking out other peoples' style. It's just so neat to see how people put themselves together to reflect their personalities to the world. I also love to see how actors are styled to reflect how their characters are to the viewers. I love watching Pretty Little Liars and seeing how the characters on there are styled.
Plus, the people that are styling these actors are fashion professionals, so it helps to take some inspiration from the looks they create to make my own style statements look better and more put together. While I was looking up some info on some of Spencer's looks on Pretty Little Liars, I ran across the website CLEARWIRELESSINTERNET.com. After I looked through it a little bit, I decided to change over my home internet service to it.
I found some really great resources for Spencer fashion inspiration. She's my favorite character on the show and her style is pretty similar to mine too! I love how she mixes preppy basics with modern pieces.
